Return Policy

All sales are final. Because vintage goods from The Mustard Jumper are all pre-loved they may show normal signs of wear and tear. I do my absolute best to make sure I describe any obvious flaws to the clothing and homewares, however, if you do have any concerns with your order, please reach out and I will do my best to make sure you are looked after.

Shipping

Shipping usually takes 2-7 business days within New Zealand. You will receive an email letting you know that your order has been shipped along with a registered post tracking number. All domestic orders are sent using a flat rate of $10 NZ. Christchurch buyers have the option to pick up and all homewares need to be picked up from Redcliffs, Christchurch.
